AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH FLORENCE &
HUTCHESON, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES ASSOCIATED
WITH THE NOBLE PARK POOL RENOVATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby approves an Agreement with
Florence & Hutcheson, Inc., in the amount of $98,700.00 for professional engineering services
for the Noble Park Pool Renovation Project.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with
Florence & Hutcheson, Inc. for professional engineering services as authorized in Section 1
above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to the Noble Park Pool
Renovation Account.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
