AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AMENDMENT #4 TO THE
FREQUENCY RECONFIGURATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH AND NEXTEL SOUTH CORPORATION, FOR RE -BANDING OF THE
800 MHZ PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah approves Amendment #4 to the
Frequency Reconfiguration Agreement between the City of Paducah and Nextel South
Corporation, for re -banding of the 800 MHz public safety radio system. This amendment
makes changes to Schedule C and D of the original agreement authorized by Ordinance
No. 2008-11-7487.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
Amendment #4 approved in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
