At a Called Joint Meeting of the Board of Commissioners and
the Forest Hills Public Project Corporation Board, held in
the Commission Chambers at City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at
4:30 p.m., Monday, December 4, 1995. Upon call of the roll
by the City Clerk, the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commis-
sioner Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice of
Called Meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m., Monday, December 4,
1995, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll,
yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro and
Mayor Montgomery (5).
FOREST HILLS RENEWAL LEAST AGREEMENT
The Board of Commissioners and the Forest Hills Public
Project Corporation discussed the proposed Renewal Lease
Agreement for the Forest Hills Public Project. ✓
Concerned citizens speaking to the Board were: Rev. Harvey
and Rev. Anderson.
The Board of Commissioners directed the City Clerk to amend
Paragraph 4, "Budget", of the Lease Agreement by the
addition of the words, "for review and acceptance" to the
end of the paragraph, and to prepare and place an ordinance
on the December 5th meeting for introduction of this
Agreement. This was the only change made to the proposed
Agreement.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
