AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH THE NATIONAL QUILT MUSEUM FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
y with the National Quilt Museum in the amount of $22,255, for providing workshops, arts
programming, playing a vital role during the Annual Quilt Show, and other services as
outlined in said Contract. This contract shall expire June 30, 2012.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Investment Fund
account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
