AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH PADUCAH AREA TRANSIT SYSTEM FOR PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Paducah Area Transit System in the amount of $225,000.00, to be paid in equal quarterly
allocations of $56,250.00, for public transportation services for the Paducah/McCracken
County area. This contract shall expire June 30, 2012.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the General Fund /
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
