ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the
Mayor's Office at City Hall at 4:00 p.m., Monday, June 13,
1994, Mayor Pro tem Grumley presided, and upon call of the roll
by the City Clerk, the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Coleman, Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor Pro tem
Grumley (4). Mayor Montgomery was absent (1).
( NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, June 13, 1994, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Coleman, Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor Pro tem
Grumley (4).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Grumley, that the Board go into closed session for discussion
of matters pertaining to the following topics:
1. Issues which might lead to the appointment, dismissal, or
disciplining of an employee; as permitted by KRS 61.810(1)(f).
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman,
Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor Pro tem Grumley (4).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened
in Open Session, whereupon the Mayor Pro tem announced there
was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
