JANUARY 21, 1994
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in
the Commission Chambers at City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at
8:30 a.m., Friday, January 21, 1994, Mayor Montgomery
presided and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Grumley,
Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor Montgomery (4). Commissioner
Coleman was absent (1).

Notices for Called Meeting were not received and filed.
In addition to the above City Commission members, those
attending were as follows:

Paul Moore

date.
Mayor Montgomery handed out a Strategic Planning &
Management Action Plan and introduced Howard Pulley,
Assistant Plant Manager at Martin Marietta, who conducted
j- the meeting.
The meeting concluded with Mayor Montgomery conducting a
discussion on Strategic Planning Goals Number 1 through 5 as
outlined in the literature handed out at the beginning of
the meeting.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
