At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in
the Commission Chambers at City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at
10:50 a.m., January 14, 1994, Mayor Montgomery presided and
upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley,
Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor Montgomery (5).
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice
of Called Meeting to be held at 10:45 a.m., Friday, January
14, 1994, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the
roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro
and Mayor Montgomery (5).
The Board then departed City Hall for lunch at the Public
Works Facility and a tour of the following locations:
Public Works Facility
Wastewater Treatment Plant
Flood Control Service Building
Paducah Riverfront
Oak Grove Cemetery/Mausoleum
Robert Cherry Civic Center
Vocational Technical Building (New PALS office)
Various Parks
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
