NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, October 31, 1994, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor Montgomery
(4).
WORKSHOP
The Board held a Workshop to review and discuss Ordinance
Recodification. Attorney Tom Keuler reviewed the proposed
ordinance recodification by American Legal.
After considerable discussion it was decided by the Mayor, City
Commissioners, City Manager and Mr. Keuler that additional
information would be required from American Legal Publishing
Company concerning their changes in the proposed Code of
Ordinances. City Manager Hoover will make necessary
arrangements to obtain this additional information, and further
codification meetings will be scheduled in the future.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
