ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the
Commission Chambers at City Hall at 1:00 p.m., Thursday,
October 20, 1994, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon call of
the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro and
Mayor Montgomery (5).
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 20, 1994, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
WORKSHOP
The Board held a Workshop to review and discuss Ordinance
Recodification. Attorneys David Denton and Tom Keuler reviewed
the proposed ordinance recodification by American Legal.
Proposed changes in the new Code of Ordinances were presented
by the majority of Department Heads. These proposals will be
reviewed by the Board and a Called Meeting will be held in the
near future to discuss possible change's with Staff.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
