AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH BARBEQUE ON THE RIVER, INC., FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Barbeque on the River, Inc. in the amount of $20,000 for specific services. This
contract shall expire June 30, 2011.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Project Account No.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
