HomeMy WebLinkAbout2011-2-7784ORDINANCE NO. 2011-2-7784 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH HUMANA INSURANCE COMPANY AND HUMANADENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY FOR SUPPLEMENTAL CLAIMS l ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH'S HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Humana Insurance Company and HumanaDental Insurance Company for Supplemental Claims Administration Services for the City of Paducah's health insurance plan for "run out" claims for the 2010 plan year. SECTION 2. The City of Paducah will pay to Humana and HumanaDental Insurance Company the sum of $44,847.36 for medical services and $1,760.00 for dental services as authorized in Section 1 above.
