AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME FOR A PAY AND
CLASSIFICATION STUDY FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
- BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
and all documents relating to same between McGrath Consulting Group, Inc., and the
City of Paducah in the amount of $35,667, with additional expenses not to exceed $5,000,
to conduct a pay and classification study for employees of the City of Paducah.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Pay Class Project

become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
