At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers at City
Hall at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 15, 1997, Mayor Albert Jones presided, and upon call of the roll
by the City Clerk, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley,
Renfro, Smith and Mayor Jones (5).
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Renfro offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Smith, that the executed copies
of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 15, 1997, be received and
filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Renfro Smith, and Mayor
Jones (5).
WORKSHOP
A workshop was held with the Planning Department.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Renfro offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Smith that the Board of
Commissioners go into closed session for discussion of matters pertaining to the following topics:
Future sale or acquisition of a specific parcel(s) of real estate, as permitted by KRS V/
61.810(1)(b).
2. Proposed or pending litigation, as permitted by KRS 61.810(1)(c).
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Renfro Smith, and Mayor
Jones (5).
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
