AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN
ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND WILLIAM N. AND
MARY A. REAGOR, FOR ENCROACHMENT AND UTILIZATION UPON A PORTION OF CITY
OF PADUCAH PROPERTY
WHEREAS, William N. and Mary A. Reagor are the owners of property located at 909
Berger Road, Paducah, Kentucky; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah is the owner of property known as Paxton Park Golf
Course located at 841 Berger Road; and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Reagor are desirous of encroaching upon and utilizing a small
portion of the City's private property for a portion of an existing outbuilding that was unintentionally
built over and across the City's and Reagor's common property line; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Reagor's have now entered into an agreement pertaining to
the foregoing and do desire that same be set forth in writing and be made part of the public records of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, and recorded in the office of the County Court Clerk of McCracken County,
Kentucky.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby approves the Encroachment Agreement
with William N. and Mary A. Reagor for encroaching upon and utilizing a small portion of the City's
property located at 841 Berger Road, Paducah, Kentucky, aka Paxton Park Golf Course.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Encroachment
Agreement with William N. and Mary A. Reagor, as approved in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
