AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF MICROSOFT
OFFICE 2010 STANDARD SOFTWARE AND LICENSES FROM CDW-G FOR THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, this equipment is available under Federal GSA Contract No.
GS -35F -0195J, and competitive bidding is not required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is authorized to pay the total sum
of $50,930.00 for the purchase of Microsoft Office 2010 Standard Software and Licenses
from CDW-G for the City of Paducah, Kentucky, in compliance with the Federal GSA
Contract.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Information
Technology's computer software account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
