At a Called Joint Meeting of the Board of Commissioners and
the McCracken County Fiscal Court, held at 5:30 p.m., Monday,
November 24, 1997, at the Information Age Park Resource Center,
Mayor Jones presided, and upon call of the roll by the City
Clerk, the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Coleman, Grumley, Renfro Smith and Mayor Jones (5).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Renfro offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Smith, that the Board of Commissioners go into closed session to
hold discussions between a public agency and a representative of
a business entity and discussions concerning a specific
proposal. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners
Coleman, Grumley, Renfro, Smith and Mayor Jones (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened
in open session, whereupon the Mayor announced there was no
further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
