At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, held in the
City Hall Commission Chambers at 3:00 p.m., Friday, September 11, 1998, Mayor Jones
presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Smith and Mayor Jones (4). Commissioner
Renfro was absent (1).
Note: This meeting was called for the purpose of setting the 1998/99 tax rate for the
Paducah Public Library and Paducah Junior College, but after discussion it was decided no
action could be taken at this time.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
