AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH MIDTOWN ALLIANCE OF NEIGHBORS FOR SPECIFIC
SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Midtown Alliance of Neighbors in the amount of $20,000, for performance of
services as outlined in said Contract. This contract shall expire June 30, 2011.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Midtown Alliance
