At a Called Meeting of the Bo d of Commissioners, held in the Commission Chambers at
City Hall at 8:30 a.m., Thursd , September 10, 1998, Mayor Jones presided, and upon
call of the roll the following veered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley,
Renfro, and Mayor Jones (4). ommissioner Smith was absent
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Renfro offered otion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
Called Meeting Notice of the I oard of Commissioners of the City of Paducah for
Thursday, September 10, 1998 be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Coleman, Grur gey, Renfro and Mayor Jones (4).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
Board to into closed session for discussion of matters pertaining to the following topics:
Issues which might lead to the appointment, dismissal or disciplining of an employee, as
permitted by KRS 61.810(1)(f).
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Renfro, and Mayor
Jones (4).
(The Board held an Executive Session to interview Police candidates.)
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in open session,
whereupon the Mayor declared there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
