At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held on Saturday, June 19, 2010, at
10:00 a.m., Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the Parks Services
Director the following answered to their names: Commissioners Gault, Kaler and Mayor
Paxton (3). Commissioners Abraham, and Watkins were absent (2). The Mayor left at
11:11 a.m.
The Board of Commissioners held a Neighborhood Walk event. They met on Partridge
Lane in Plantation Village Subdivision and proceeded to walk in the subdivision.
Directors present:
Joel Scarbrough Jon Perkins Police Chief Berry
Mark Thompson Steve Ervin Rick Murphy
The City Clerk was unable to attend.
Issues with residents of the subdivision discussed were:
Drainage
Subdivision Name Sign being placed in right-of-way
Mowing of right-of-way
Upon motion meeting adjourned.
