AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AMENDMENT #1 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND NEXTEL SOUTH

CORP., FOR RE -BANDING OF THE 800 MHZ PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO SYSTEM,
.
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah approves Amendment #1 to the
Frequency Reconfiguration Agreement between the City of Paducah and Nextel South
Corp., for the re -banding of the 800 MHz public safety radio system.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the Amendment #1 approved in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
