A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION
FOR FEDERAL LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUNDS FOR THE SOUTHSIDE COM-
MUNITY CENTER, PROGRAM NUMBER 15 =400
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah be,_ and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute an application requesting $12,500 in Federal Land
and Water Conservation Funds for the purpose of constructing. a picnic shelter; storage
building; parking lot; all other. activity ::areas;: handball wall and landscaping the grounds
of the S:outhside Community Center:.
SECTION 2. By the execution of the aforesaid.: application the City. �f Paducah
hereby and certifies that it will comply with all applicable regulations, policies,
guidelines and requirements of Federal and State governments in connection with the
aforesaid project:
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its .adoption:
