_A RESOLUTION PROVIDING, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT. QF. THE _CITY OF
PADUCAH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION PROJECT NO. .04 -0.1- 01617,
ACCOUNT
BE .IT_RESOLVED. BY THE BOARD .OF.._COMMISSIONERS OF THE
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
_SECTION_ .1... There_ is hereby established the. "City_._ of. Paducah EDA Project
No. 04 -01 -01617 Account and the Peoples First National Bank and Trust ,Company
of Paducah, Kentucky, is. designated as the depository for said account; .the purpose
of said account shall be to facilitate in the accounting for all cash receipts and
disbursements .received by the Commissioners of Water Works .in the One Million Dollars
grant received from .the.. United States Department of Commerce, Economic. Development
Administration, for the purpose of constructing water mains and a storage tank in the
City _of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2.. The City Manager, and either the Chairman or .Secretary_-
treasurer. of the Commissioners of Water Works ,of_the City of .Paducah, Kentucky,
are hereby authorized and approved as joint signatories for the aforesaid account.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect _from and
after its adoption.
