ORDINANCE NO. 78-1-1527
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20-54. SAME PAYMENT OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That .Section 20-54. Same Payment of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended so that same
shall hereinafter read as follows:
"Sec. 20-54. Same - Payment.
Any person acquiring a` motor vehicle, or commencing to operate a
motor vehicle on city streets by reason of employment or new residency in the
City, for which a license is required by this Article, after the first day of March
(except for trucks which shall be after the first day- of April) shall pay a full
annual license fee for one year in advance".
SECTION •2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
