OF THE .CODE OF I ORDINANCES OF, THE. CITY. OF PADUC.AH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY, OF .
PADUCAH., KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 7-28 "Electrical code adopted",_ of the .Code -of.-
Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be. amended ..and - reordained .so- that said
section as amended, and reordained shall hereafter read.; as_. follows:
!'S.ec,. 7-2.8. Electrical code -adopted..
The 1978. National Electrical Code, as prepared, by .National .Fire Pxotection
Association, is hereby adopted by reference and is made a part of the public records
of the city .by, this section".
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Section 1 of an ordinance , adopted _
December 28, 196.5, and which was last amended by_Section .1 of Ordinance No..
74-12-1057 adopted December 10, 1974.
SECTION, 3. This ordinance. shall be in full force and effect on and after
its adoption.
