ORDINANCE NO. 78-10-1632
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 78-10-1618, ENTITLED, "AN
ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF RIGHT OF WAY BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, TO THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT
OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION" ,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 78-10-1618, authorizing the sale of right of way
to the Commonwealth of Kentucky for the sum of $1,175.00, was adopted on October
10, 1978, and
WHEREAS, the amount contained was erroneous and should have been
$2,675.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF - TIDE"CITY- OF . PADUCAH , KENTUCKY:
SECTION 11;° .That for and in consideration of the sum of $2;-675::00, the
City .of Paducah; Kentucky, does hereby authorize the ' sale to the Commonwealth of
Kentucky for the use and benefit of the Department of Transportation, a right of way
consisting of Parcel No. 57, containing 5,684 square feet, located 16 feet left of
Park Avenue Station 80+90.12.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to enter into a deed of conveyance for the aforesaid purpose.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
