A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPOINTING DESIGNATED SIGNATORIES
FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM CHECKING ACCOUNT NO. 01- 7370 -3
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND CERTIFICATION OF ALL INSTRUMENTS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ALL FEDERAL GUIDELINES FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING
PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That any joint combination of the City Manager, Director of
Community Development Housing, and Section 8 Coordinator shall be considered
authorized signatories on the above checking account established for the distribution
of the Section 8 Existing Housing Program Funds.
SECTION 2. That the Director of Community Development Housing and /or
the Section 8 Coordinator be authorized to execute and certify all necessary instruments
in accordance with Federal guidelines for the Section 8 Existing Housing Program.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
