AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF --ALLEN, BARNETT AND
T KLEET�, CERTIFIED` PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS , FOR AUDITING '-THE ACCOUNTS ' O.F'THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK' 'GRANT PROGRAM, FOR THE SUM` OF -$3:, 500: 00
COVERING THE'PERIOD OF SEPTEMBER 1, '1977" THROUGH AUGUST -_31; 1978
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS` OF THE CITY OF
PADUC'AH, KENTUCKY:'
SECTION' 1.- That the City of` Paducah accept the pr' "alYof Allen;
Barnett 'and Kleet, Certified Public Accountants; to: audit the accounts 'of the
Community Development Block, Gr dn't"Progran'!, = for the, sum ,of $3, 500: 06,,' -covering
the "period of_ September' 1, ` 1977 -through' August -31; 1978; ; said proposal -:being in
accordance -=with -the terms -and -conditions set forth -in the -,letter of'Allen,--:Barnett
and Kleet, Certified Public Accountants, to Mr. Sandell E. Grief, Director', Com-
munity, Development, dated August '24, 1978.
SECTION 2.- The compensation for such audit: shall be based upon the
standard-fees"of Certified Public Accountants, however,- the totaL`cosf''of same
shall not 'exceed `the -`sum of $3; 50-0: 00 and shall be 'paid' -from -Community` Develop-
ment Block Grant Tundg.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for one week for public inspection in the completed form, in which it shall be
put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect
ten (10) days thereafter.
