ORDINANCE NO. 78-10-1627
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF RIGHT -OF WAY BY THE
CITY` OF 'PADUCAH', -KENTUCKY.;: TO THEr COMMONWEALTH OF- KENTUCKY FOR THE
USE' AND BENEFIT `OF' THE: DEPARTMENT OF "TRANSPORTATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD' OF COMMISSIONERS .OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That for and in consideration of the- -sum of $200.00', , the City
of Paducah; Kentucky, does -hereby authorize -the sale to the Commonwealth of
Kentucky for -the- use and benefitofthe: Department, of Transportation, a right of
way consisting' of Parcel- No. 54, consisting of 138 square feet of -new right of way,
located 21:30 feet left .and north ,of Park Avenue Station 79+89 � 35; and also a -parcel
lying immediately- adjacent -to and on the north. -side of Parcel, 54 containing 230
square feet.
SECTION 2. That the Mayorl'be'; and he is ' her.eby,. -authorized and ' di-
rected--to enter ,into,,- a -deed -of conveyance- for the aforesaid gurposer.
'SECTION .3., This. ordinance shall be introduced and: remain on -file
forone week in -the completed -form in which, it shall,<be, put upon -its, final .passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days -thereafter .'
