AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DAVID Shockley AND WIFE,

BEVERLY SHOCKLEY, 1446 YARBRO LANE, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE
CITY IN LOT 21, BLOCK 2, FRONTING ON THE WEST SIDE OF BETHEL STREET,, FOR
THE SUM OF $340.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A QUITCLAIM DEED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the offer of David Shockley and wife, Beverly Shockley
in the amount of $340.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the following described
land in said City be' accepted; said land beingdes cribbd as follows:
