ORDINANCE NO. 77-12-1521
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) AND CREATING SUB-
SECTION (i) OF SECTION 12-19 "NUMBER, RANK AND SALARIES
OF MEMBERS" OF
ARTICLE II "FIRE DEPARTMENT" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 12-19 "Number, rank and salaries of members",
of Article II "Fire Department" of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that same as amended
and reordained shall
hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 19-29. Number, rank and salaries of members.
(a) The number and ranks of the members of the Fire
Department of the
City and their monthly salaries, provided such salaries are not
changed by an annual
apportionment ordinance hereafter adopted, shall be as follows:

SECTION 2. That .. 1.. .
Section 12-19 "Number, rank and salaries
of members",
of Article II "Fire Department" of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be amended and reordained by creating a new Sub -section (i) thereto as
follows:
"Sec. 12-19. Number, rank and salaries of members.
(i) The alarm room technician shall be paid at the following listed
rates upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service with the City:

SECTION 3. This ordinance amends` an ordinance originally adopted on
December 11, 1951 and -last amended by Ordinance No. 77-8-1448, adopted on
August 9, 1977.
SECTION 4 This ordinance 'shall be' in full force and .effect from and
after the date of its adoption .'
