ORDINANCE NO. 77-12-1518
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY TREASURER
TO PAY THE -SUM OF $1,223.37 TO JASPER ENGINES' FOR ADDITIONAL 'PARTS AND
REAPIRS TO THE CITY'S INTERNATIONAL 250-C TRACTOR USED ON THE REFUSE
DEPARTMENT LANDFILL
WHEREAS, by ordinance No. 77-11-1490, adopted by the Board of Com-
missioners on November 8, 1977, the Board of Commissioners authorized the expenditure
of $5,136.00 for repairs to the City's International 250-C tractor, and
WHERAS , ' it now appears upon the recommendation of the City Manager 'and
the Director of Public Services that additional parts ' and repairs, in the amount of
$1,223.37, is now necessary in order to bring the aforesaid tractor into good
mechanical and workable condition, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director -of Public Services recommends
the additional expenditure of the aforesaid sum of $1,223.37.
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That the City Manager and City Treasurer be, and they are
hereby, authorized to pay the sum of $1,223.37 to Jasper Engines Company for
parts and repairs to the City's InternatonaI 250-C tractor used on the- Refuse De-
partment landfill.
SECTION 2. The purchase pricefor said parts and repairs shall be
charged to Federal Revenue Sharing 'Account No. 3509.
SECTION 3 .r _

thereafter .
