at City Hall at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 1998, Mayor Jones presided, and upon .
call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Grumley, Renfro,
Smith and Mayor Jones (3). Commissioner Coleman was absent (1).j

Water Street One -Way Traffic - Rick Murphy
Sick Day Policy - City Manager, Rick Murphy, Steve Doolittle & Jon Perkins
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Grumley, Renfro, Smith and Mayor
