AN ., ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE -MAYOR TO, ENTER- INTO AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
BUREAU OF HIG HWAYS AND "THE CITY OF PADUCAH KENTUCKY, FOR THE RELOCATION
OF CERTAIN SEWER FACILITIES IN THE VICINITY OF THIRD AND ELIZABETH STREETS
TO THE, JIBELTLINE HIGHWAY, AT YEISER -STREET--., -,KNOWN AS - THE --RIVER FRONT
ACCESS ROAD;' -,- AND. FURTHER' PROVIDING THAT -THE ,-. CITY 'WILL AGREE TO SHARE
IN SAID, -RELOCATION -EXPENSE, ATAN 'ESTIMATED COST OF:$28-_,;'2'05 i0-0
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,"'KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into
an agr'ed:ment.:bet-ween'.the -Comm6nivealth, of ,Kentucky, Ddpaftmentof, Transportation,
Bureau"of Highways,,r- -and the Cfty1of-Paducah.' Kentucky, -fb!! -the, .-,relocation of certain
sewer facilities -rin'the -;Vicinity--of Third and ,'Elizabeth Streets-: to the Beltline Highway
at Yeiser'Street.;--kriown -as the.. River Front. Acc6s& Road; '-and further providing that the
City will agree to share in said relocation expense in an estimated amount of $28,205.00;
and as more particularly set forth in the aforesaid agreement.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid agreement referred to hereinabove shall be

attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance as though it were fully copied herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one
week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon it
final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
