THERETO.; SECTION 56T BE , IT,,ORDAINED ,BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION J. , That. a resolution, adopted by the Paducah Planning Com- mission on December 5, 1977, entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE - 1976, BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 56T", be approved as ' the final report of said Commission respecting the matter therein set forth. SECTION. 2. ;, .That:.the Paducah. Zoning _ Ordinance - 1976 be, and it is y, dained..so that�.._said, Paducah Zoning Ordinance - 1976 hereby, amended sand ,reor , shall hereafter read as follows: SECTION 56T. DOWNTOWN BUSINESS TOWNLIFT ZONE (B -2-T) The purpose of the B -2-T Zone is to encourage the development, redevelop- ment and the preservation of the city's Townlift area. 56T.01 Principal Permitted Uses. (a) Trade, business and vocational schools (b) Places of amusement, assembly and recreation (c) Assembly buildings of fraternal, professional and labor organizations (d) Commercial parking lots and garages (e) Newspapers and printing establishments (f) Radio and TV stations (g) Any other similar use, which, in the Commission's opinion, would not impair the business character of the downtown area. 56T.02 Lot Area and Yard Requirements None 56T.03 Building Height None 56T.04 Parking Regulations Parking requirements are waived for all uses in the B -2-T Zone except for the following: (a) Bus Terminals (b) Hotels and Motels (c) Residential Dwelling Units 56T.05 Minimum Sight Distance The visibility requirements of Section 40.10 shall not apply to the B -2-T Zone. 679 SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTION 4.
