AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT FOR PROGRAM NO. Ky 36-E137-001 and 002 WITH THE
UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT TO PROVIDE
HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS FOR EIGHTY UNITS OF EXISTING SECTION 8
HOUSING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah, Kentucky, has received an Annual Con-
tributions Contract for Project Nos. Ky 36 E137 001 and 002, from the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development, to provide housing assistance pay-
ments for eighty (80) units of existing Section 8 Housing pursuant to application
heretofore filed.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to enter
into and sign said Annual Contributions Contract as required by the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Mayor is further authorized and
directed to remit said contract to the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development for their final approval and execution of said contract.
