AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND WOODLAWN, OAKDALE AND
HUSBAND ROAD WATER DISTRICT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, ,authorized
and directed to execute an agreement between the City of Paducah and Woodlawn,
Oakdale and Husband Road Water District, providing compensation to the District
in consideration of the District providing sewer services to southside residents of
the City of Paducah Kentucky.
SECTION .2... A copy of the aforesaid agreement is attached hereto and
by reference made a part of this ordinance the same as though it were fully set
out within.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put
upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10)
days thereafter. er,
