AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ALLEN & BARNETT,
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, FOR AUDITING. THE ACCOUNTS OF THE COM -
NT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR THE SUM OF $2,500.00, COVERING
COM-

THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 1976 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1977
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept, the proposal of Allen and
Barnett, Certified Public Accountants, to audit the accounts of the Community
Development Block k Grant Program, for the sum of $2,500.00, covering the period

from October 1, 1976 through September 30, 1977; said proposal being in accordance
with the terms and conditions set forth in the letter of Allen & Barnett, Certified
Public Accountants, to Mr. Randy Grief, Assistant Director, Community Development,
dated August , 26, 19 77.
SECTION 2. The compensation for such audit shall be based upon the
standard fees of Certified Public Accountants, however, the total cost of same shall
not exceed the sum of $2,500.00 and shall be paid from Community Development
Block Grant Funds.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
