TRAVIS AND WIFE, ROBBIE TRAVIS,- ROUTE #1, BOX 327, CALVERT CITY, KENTUCKY, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY IN PROPERTY KNOWN AS 928 SOUTH 27TH STREET , BEING PART -OF LOTS 14, 15, AND 16 IN BLOCK 13, WHITTEMORE'S WEST END ADDITION, FOR THE SUM OF NINE HUNDRED TEN DOLLARS ($910.00) AND AUTHORZING THE MAYOR `AND CITY CLERK TO �EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE` it:'ORDAINED, :BY' THE'BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION i. That the offerI . of Ferrell T. Travis and wife, Robbie Travis, in the amount of $910.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the following ' described land in said City be accepted, said land being described as follows: Formerly known as 928 South 27th Street, -fronting 77 feet on east side .of 27th Street and running back, dastwardly 150 feet on north side of Norton Street, being part.,of Lots 14, 15. and 16 in Block 13,., Whittemore's West End Addition, 'Plat Book A', Page 56, as shown on page 89 of Block Map Book 4, Page 89 in the office of the City Engineer. See Deed Book 496, age ,101., Being . the same land (Donald.. Leavitt property) con- veyed to the"'City: of -Paducah by Benjamin C. LeRoy,'' City., Treasurer, by deed, dated January, 4, 197;7,, and of recordinDeed Book689, Page '832, in the office) of'. the McCracken County Court Clerk - SECTION 2. Upon - the payment of the. sum., of $.910.00 (plus, . $5.50 recording fee to be paid,. by the City) to,the City Treasurer, the. Mayor and, City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to. Ferrell T Travis and wife, Robbie Travis, all, of the right, title,. and interest of the City: in, the property described, in "Section .1 hereof and that said deed of conveyance shall be., -quitclaim only,.- shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject t to, any stat of facts as might " be shown by an accurate survey.
