AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) AND CREATING A NEW SUB-
SECTION (g) OF SECTION 2-47 "NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY" OF—r THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. -BOARD- OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CIT
OF
PAD.UCAH., KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of; -Section, 2747 Noncivil Service -
Employees Generally", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of. -Paducah, Kentucky,
be amended and reordained so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter
read, ; as follows:
"Subsection (a) of Section 2-47. Noncivil service employees _generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly, rate of compensation of the following .noncivil

SECTION 2. That Section 2-47 "Noncivil Service' Em' toy ees Generally"' of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, be amended and reordained by creating a
new subsection thereto as follows:
"Sec. 2-47. Noncivil Service Employees Generally.
(g) The office manager, Floodwall Department, shall be paid at' the rate
of $678.00 per month for the first year of employment;' at the expiration of one year,
$696.00 per month; and at the expiration of two years $706:00 per month; such increases
to be 'made upon recommendation of the city manager"
SECTION 3. This ordinance amends' an ordinance originally adopted on
March 16", 1957 and last amended by Ordinance No. 77-8-1460, adopted August 23, 1977.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
