AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF JOHN ELLIS' AND WIFE, DORTHEA
ELLIS, 2508 CENTER STREET,' PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST
OF THE CITY IN LOT 6 BLOCK 5; O'BRYANS ADDITION, FOR THE SUM OF $160.00
AND AUTHORIZING THE.. `MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. - That the 'offer of John Ellis and wife, Dorthea Ellis, in the
amount of $160.00, to purchase the interest' of `the City in the following described
land in said City", 'said "land 'being described as follows:
Lot 6, Block" 5, O'Bryans Addition fronting 40 feet
on the southside of Seitz Street, 160 feet west of
Cornell Street and as shown on page' 55' of Block
Map Book.. 4.in the officq_.of the ,City Engineer.

Being the same land (N. R. Estes property) - con-
veyed to the City of .Paducah, by Benjamin C..
LeRoy, by 'deed dated -August 19;' 1977 and of -

SECTION 2. Upon the a _..

fee to be paid by the City) to the City Treasurer, the Mayor 'an.d City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed"to convey to John Ellis and wife, Dorthea Ellis,
all of the right, "title` and interest of the City` in the property described` in Section
1 hereof and that said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, "shall contain
no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts as might be
shown by an accurate survey. vr
SECTION 3. " This ordinance shall be in full force- and effect from and
after its adoption.
