Home My WebLink About77-8-1459599 ORDINANCE NO. 77-8-1459 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING AN AMENDMENT OF A PORTION OF SECTION 56 OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE - 1976 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Com- mission on August 15, 1977, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING 'COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF A PORTION OF SECTION 56 OF' THE PADUCAH' ZONING ORDINANCE - 1976", be approved as the final report of ' saidCommission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That Sub=section 56 :01 (a)' of Section 56 of 'the -'Paducah zoning ordinance - 1976, be 'am'ended, so that-; -same as 'amended shall hereafter read as follows': 56.01 Principal' Permitted Uses (a) Any use permitted in the B=1 zone. SECTION 3.
