AN ORDINANCE., APPROVING, THE CITY OF PADUCAH'S REQUEST FOR
AN ANNUAL, CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT,TO PROVIDE HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
FOR FORTY UNITS;,_OF SECTION..8.; EXISTING HOUSING., AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE .ALL -,NECESSARY -APPLICATION FORMS .AS , .REQUIRED. BY - THE UNITED
STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
BE..,I,T ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City..of Paducah, Kentucky,does hereby request of
the United States Department; of Housing and Urban Development, an Annual Con-
tribution Contract, to provide housing. assistance payments for .forty, (40) units of.
Section 8 Existing Housing.
SECTION 2. The Mayor, of the .City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby
authorized to sign all necessary- application. forms that may, be required .by the
United States Department of Housing.,and Urban Development in connection with the
City's application as aforesaid.. The .Mayor is further authorized.,.and .directed to
file the "aforesaid application in the immediate. future.
SECTION 3, This ordinance ..shall be in., full ,force land , effect from , and
after the date of its adoption.
