AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF CHESTER WILLIAM HACK AND
WIFE, M)Nk HACK., 1909 BLOOM AVENUE, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO PURCHASE THE
INTEREST OF' TIIE_ CITY' IN LOT 6 BLOCK 1; "MINERAL WELLS ADDITION, FOR THE
SUM OF TWO HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS' ($240.0G)'ANb AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK'TO' EXECUTE: A QUITCLAIM DEED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:'
SECTION 1.. That the offer of Chester WilliamI Hack and: wife, Edna Hack,
to purbhase theinterestof the' City in the following- described 'land in said City be
accepted, said, land being described as follows:
Lot 6, Block .1', Mineral Wells Addition, fronting
45 feet on the north side of Ficklin Avenue about
152 feet west of Pool Road and as shown on Page 31
of Block Map Book 7 in the office of the City Engineer.
Being the same land (M. E. Gilbert property) con-
veyed to ;City of 'PaducAh by B6n,C. LeRoy, City
Treasurer, by deed dated October 25, 1972 and
recorded in DeedBook546, Page :-60'in' the'
McCracken County Court Clerk's Office.
SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $240.00 (plus $5.50
for recording fee to be paid by the City) to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Chester William Hack and
wife, Edna Hack, all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property
described in Section 1 hereof and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only,
shall contain on warranty as to title, shall be subject to any state of facts as might be
shown by an accurate survey.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
