ORDINANCE NO. 77-8-1449
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH WITH GARY E. PECK,
FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BOY'S CLUBS OF
PADUCAH, INC., FOR A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $10,500.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to execute an agreement between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and
Gary E. Peck, for professional architectural services in making improvements to
Boy's Clubs of Paducah, Inc . , for a total sum not to exceed $10,500.00,.,
SECTION , 2. - The cost of this service shall be, charged -to Community
Development Block_ Grant Funds. .
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to .exist, and this ordinance shall-
-therefore. -be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in
the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and, if adopted,
shall,be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
