GOD C.W.F.F., 1026 TENNESSEE STREET, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; TO -PURCHASE THE INTEREST" OF THE CITY IN PROPERTY "LOCATED AT 1221 JACKSON STREET, FOR THE SUM OF $1,000.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY -CLERK TO' EXECUTE A -QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED •BY THE:: BOARD, OF .'COMMISSIONERS OF THE "CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:, SECTION 1. That the offer of the Chuic'h of the Living God_in` the amount of $1,,:000.00, to purchase the interest of the City in the following described land in said City be accepted, said land being described as follows: Lot 6 and the east one-half of Lot 7, block 12, , Churchill Additionfronting 60 feet,ofi the, north side of Jackson Street 160 feet deep, being 95 feet east of '13th Street and 'as shown' on page 14 of Block Map Book 2 in the office of the -City Engineer. Being the same land conveyed to the City of Paducah by Howard Clark and wife, by deed dated October 21, 1974 and of record in Deed Book 567, page 440 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2.
