AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF HARTCO CONTRACTORS, INC.
TO FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, . TOOLS, AND SERVICES NECESSARY
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PADUCAH RIVERFRONT IMPROVEMENT -,PRPGRAM- -
PHASE III, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE,. A. CONTRACT FOR
SUCH SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,,_ KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the .,City of Paducah., Kentucky, accept the proposal of

HARTCO Contractors, Inc. to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools "and ser-.
-
vices necessary for the construction of the Paducah Riverfront Improvement Program -
Phase. III, in the total amount of $165,133,.8-4., in accordance with, -.the drawings, speci-.
fications and other contract documents prepared by the Engineering Department of the
City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, -authorized to
execute a.contract with HARTCO Contractors, Inc., for the .construction authorized in
Section 1 above, according to the, proposal of said Company, dated June 8., 1977, and
all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The cost of this project shall be paid from Community
Development Block Grant Funds.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be. introduced and remain on file for
one week for _public inspection in the completed form in which, it shall be,put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and, effect ten ,(IQ) days,
thereafter.
