AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "SPECIAL COUNSEL
TO LEGAL DEPARTMENT" SECTION 2-51 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-51 of the Code of Ordinances, entitled,
"Special counsel to legal department" be, and the same is hereby, repealed
in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
