ORDINANCE NO. 77-6-1424
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF LLOYD JENKINS AND WIFE,
EDNA FRANCIS JENKINS, 2562 ALABAMA STREET, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO
PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOT 9 BLOCK 4 O'BRYANS
ADDITION, FOR THE SUM OF $400.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
BE IT ORDAINED BY' THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the offer of Lloyd Jenkins and wife, Edna Francis
Jenkins, in the amount of $400.00, to purchase the interest of the City in the
following described land of said City be accepted, said land being described
as follows:
Lot 9^block 4 '0'Bryans Addition- fronting 40
feet on the south. side ,of Seitz ,Street, 40 feet
west of Alabama Street and as shown on page
54of Block, Map Book 4 in the office .of the .
City Engineer . See Deed Book 204, page 304
The interest in and to said land of the City
of Paducah was, conveYed to ,it by -Benjamin
C. LeRoy, Treasurer, by Deed dated
May 5, 1977,_.and of record in Deed Book
593, page 657 in the McCracken County Court
